KoaKids is Weekly Practice for Human SmartAI will keep getting better at knowledge tasks. "Human Smart" is what will be differentiating: communication, judgment, leadership, and resilience under pressure.Those aren’t traits kids either “have or don’t” - they’re skills that grow through guided practice. KoaKids provides that practice every week.

How KoaKids Works

  • Weekly sessions: Kids tackle an interactive, human skills-based challenge each week

  • Small groups: Maximum 10 kids per group

  • Role rotation: Every child practices leading, contributing, and listening

  • Resilience training: Kids try → get feedback → retry (the "confidence loop")

  • Parent visibility: Quick recap after each session and simple at-home “one small rep” suggestions

  • Progress markers: Graded rubric shared each month so growth is measured and visible

  • Now Filling Spots in our Pilot Program:

  • Ages: Grades 1–5 (Split into grade-based cohorts)

  • Duration: 8 Weeks

  • Time Commitment: Once a week for 60 minutes.

  • Schedule: After-school slots available
